Backstop
Product Description
The function of the backstop is to prevent accidental rotation in the opposite direction, it allows the shaft to rotate in one direction, and when the shaft tries to rotate in the opposite direction, the backstop immediately locks. When it is used as a backstop, the outer ring is fixed and the inner ring rotates with the rotation axis.
When the backstop is used as an overrunning clutch, its outer ring is installed on the auxiliary drive equipment, and the structure of the outer ring is used to drive the inner ring. When the auxiliary drive is needed, the inner ring is driven by the outer ring. When the auxiliary drive is not required, the inner ring rotates and the outer ring disengages to realize the function of the clutch. The rotation direction of the backstop has been clearly marked with arrows at the position of the input and output axes, and mandatory rotation in the opposite direction will cause damage to the backstop. The motor must first confirm the rotating side of the motor before connecting the reducer
